Ann Landers is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice. For nearly three decades she has offered compassion, insight, and hope to clients navigating seasons of uncertainty and change, from workplace stress and family conflict to grief, addiction, and questions of faith.
As a Cognitive Behavioral and Family Therapist, Ann uses an interactive, solution-focused approach, tailoring care to each client and helping them build on their strengths to achieve meaningful personal growth. She has particular expertise in workplace issues, relationship and family dynamics, and spiritual concerns.
Background
Degrees from the University of San Francisco, Rutgers University, Regis University, and the California School of Professional Psychology, including a Jesuit education at Regis emphasizing ethical, compassionate care.
